YWAM Battambang Cambodia Friends is a nonprofit started to help raise funds for the work being done through U of N Battambang and is a part of the global movement of Youth With a Mission. U of N Battambang was started in January 2006 by a team of short-term volunteers and over the years the organization in Battambang has multiplied to over 100 full-time staff. The majority of the staff and leaders are local Cambodians, but there is also a mix of International staff that are also full-time volunteers.

- Projects caring for children at risk
- Projects caring for families affected by HIV/AIDS
- Anti-trafficking projects to at-risk women
Educate
- Educational projects for children and youth
- Preschool to build and educate the younger generation for the future of Cambodia
- Leadership Training to build the next generation of Khmer leaders
- Dormitories for university students from rural areas
Develop
- Businesses that create jobs and use profit to serve the community
- Short-term volunteers serving with other organizations
- Community Development and water projects serving the poor in rural areas
- Building a new Community Center and Campus in Battambang
